Indeed last night the DR team won the Caribbean series championship which is held every year. The World Baseball Classic which is held every four years will start next month.

Great come back. They got their butts kicked Monday night by Colombia losing 7-0 then came back to win their next game. I didn't watch the game lastnight but I definitely heard the cars honking as they drove thru my neighborhood after the game followed by lots of loud music.

Our neighbors “over the wall” were listening on a radio, no TV. Their exclamations and curses were as entertaining as the game.
