Monday, 25 January 2021 is a holiday in the Dominican Republic. Duarte Day celebrates Juan Pablo Duarte’s birthday. Duarte is the founding father of the Dominican Republic. The actual day of his birthday is 26 January but the celebration day is moved to Monday.

This one? I imagine you could check after 11:00pm and see Jumbo - Google Maps

Yes that Jumbo, but unfortunately those hours are not correct...ie they weren't open today till 11pm...
But somebody told me they never close on holidays so I take the "risk".
