Paid my bill in EdeNorte today and ask why I can not longer log in for downloading my bill and was told they had a system wide failure but and independent company is working to restore it.
I think this is the 3rd time in 4 years they have had a system software collapse to their online portal.
I think maybe they could at least maintain or backup their server to prevent this. Makes you wonder if they are even calculating your bill correctly ?
