I use the oficina site to get my electric bill and usually around the 8th, still no factor available. Is it just us or have others had difficulty? Site is still offline. Cabarete office was clueless about the delay.
I was able to access their system today. No Problem. But our issue is the last 2 invoices have not had an actual meter reading. The bills for these 2 months are EXACTLY the same pesos as the last good ( meter read ) invoice. Despite opening a RECLAMATION to have the meter checked almost a month ago. The customer service person I spoke to said "perhaps the meter is not READABLE" and he said the Reclamation report and process would have technicians come on-site to investigate. And perhaps a replacement meter would be installed. EXCEPT HE SAID THEY HAVE NO METERS ON HAND AT THIS TIME.I contacted Edenorte by WhatsApp today to say I had not been able to access their Oficina Virtual for several weeks and did they know when it would be available again. Their reply was "No. Estamos presentando inconveniente en nuestros canales de pago" which translated means they are having problems with their payment channels and don't know when it will be resolved.
I just paid mine with my bank app. Usually I pay with TPago.I am unable to get Edenorte site up, so I can pay for couple of weeks now. I also tried WhatsApp and there I keep On getting the same "No se ha podido procesar esta operación, favor intente más tarde. Muchas gracias por comunicarse con Edenorte." Anyone lese beside me gets this ?
My wife said she was having issues trying to pay the service of the apartamento in Sosua on-line recently.While in Florida a few months ago I tried paying online and they wouldn't process my payment. No explanation given.
