Edesur Dominicana chose to entrust local IT techs to revamp the digital transformation of their online platform and thus Edesur WorkSpace has been born. Developed in-house by the company’s information technology and development and innovation teams, the new platform aims to streamline internal and external processes, enhance data management, and ultimately improve customer service.
