The hearings in the tragic case of 16-year-old student Esmeralda Richiez, who hemorraghed to death after a night of violent sex with her professor John Kelly Martinez, was postponed for 15, 16, and 22 January 2024 in the First Collegiate Court of La Altagracia in Higuey to give time to summon the many witnesses.
