Just came back from a 10 day trip to DR that took me from santiago to sto dgo to la romana and ended up in punta cana. had a good time.
I had always use Europcar in aeropuerto del cibao, but will never do it again. I made my usual reservations and when I arrived the guy at the counter whose name is Roberandis Capellan drives up to the curb in a 2008 Lancer that had a bad paint job from what it looks like a bad accident and the dirtiest interior I've ever seen...they didn't even vacuum the freaking car, I tell him what the hell is this and he says that this is the only car he has left and shows me the empty ring in which he keeps all of the car keys, the then tells me to just stop by the rental office in sto dgo and exchange it for a newer car, at this point I am freaking mad, but decide to take it ...as I drive away I could hear the rear suspension making all kinds of noise, so I tell him que se **** el maldito carro por el cul@, so I ended up with Budget...2010 Hyundai nice and clean.
Eurpcar is dead to me.
