ask at your local supermarket or clinical lab. They fumigate monthly (or at least they should).
I don't know if it's common that the veterinaria supply stores offer such a service, but some years ago the veterinaria on the corner of calle 12 de Julio and Dr Zafra had a guy that came to my apartment a few times to spray for cockroaches. The downside was that the spray smelled bad and I had to leave for a night!
