Factory for T-shirts and hats

Hi there!

I am searching for a factory who can produce some hats and t-shirts for my tourism based business here in the Dominican Republic (read - not a zona franca, as from what I understand these are for export).

Does anyone have any recomendations?

Dinorahs will do a good job for you - they are found in many hotel and tourism based gift shops and logo wear situations. I think one of their main brands is their Cactus brand.

other t-shirt factories?

I am looking for more sexy, dominican style ladies tops for my salsa shirt collection e.g. halter tops with open back, or short tops with belly out, in plain colors so I can print my designs on them.
I visited Dinorah's last year but they cater mainly to the tourist industry and did not find what I was looking for.

You should probably go to La Romana. There are a fair number of smaller factories there, run by people that lost their jobs when the Zona Francas downsized....Just ask for Villa Pantie..no kidding!
