Untill the nineties, one could buy birth certificates as bread. Especially the date 1/1/1900 should make you suspicious.

exactly... I highly doubt his Birth Certificate is Authentic. or its him on the Cert . He may have had an uncle or brother who died many decades ago, who was born then.
The DR is absolutely riddled sith such Bith Cert issues , with NAMES used on Birh Certificates, even Date BORN is many times completely wrong .. Kids who are told they were born one day and its actually a completely different day and this is all within the last several Decades ... a 100 Year old person ? that birth Certificate could belong to just about anyone in his family tree.
