Caribbean Cinemas announces the 10th edition of its International Fine Arts Film Festival for 3-16 October 2019. The films will be shown at the Novocentro and Downtown Center movie houses in Santo Domingo and at the Cinemacentro Cibao in Santiago. The festival will open with the showing of “La Odisea de los Giles,” the famous Argentinean-Spanish film.
