Fishing charters?

In about 3 weeks my sister and I are going to Cababrete for a few days. We want to go out on a charter fishing trip for a day. Can anyone recommend anyone to charter?

Any Idea on prices, and when is a good time to go out for marlin? - I?d love to land a big one! Anywhere between puerto plata and Cabarete would be fine.
