Flight from SD to Samana area >>cheap way?

Hello,

I'm looking for a cheap flight between Santo Domingo & Samana area, anyone know of any? I hear Air Domca flies there, but they never answer their phones. Can't seem to get any info. on flights to Samana, even the DR Consolate office in NY and MIA is unsure of how to get there by plane.

The cheapest way to get from Santo Domingo to Samana is to "fly" with Caribe Tours or Metro bus for about $6usd. Air Century recently quoted me that the cheapest flight they had in a small Cessna to Arroyo Barril was around $255usd for the plane with up to 4 persons aboard.
