I had a bad luck to fly with Air Europa, I didn't want to use it, I knew it was a tinny carrier, but the day I had to fly Iberia operated its flight via San Juan, since I don't like stops I had to fly with it.
The first impression said it all, flight attendants use uniform made of jeans, it looks funny. The seat is like from the horror movie, i don't know why, but the seats looked like it was invented for ants. I don't want to remember the color of those seats, it was horrible!!!!!!!! The seat is extremely hard, armrests are broken and covered with tape. The food they served looked like from jail, drinks after the main course were served for sell, 1.5 Euro per each 0,2 can of coca cola. Flight attendants are extremely rude. Audio channels had only 2 music channels with 5 songs on each one, it seems that they searched all movies to chose the most boring one. The interior of the plane is in horrible condition, it is a shame that they don't care about it.
Return flight was similar, 2 hours delay with no information about departure, only one available bus to trasnport all the passengers from terminal in Madrid to the aircraft, the same sad flight attandants .....
I think that Air Europa should remember that we live in the 21st century, perhaps now with their new A340 they will improve, but everywhere you see how greedy are they.
