Sounds like another death style for the rich and infamous.

But I would start at the closest airport near you my man. That is where you will find flying enthusiasts. Check out where the private/sport pilots hang out and keep their planes. They love to talk aviation.

The flying dinghies or "FIB's" as they are referred to are more popular around the Caribbean than one may think. They cost less than 30K with pilot certifications being easily available. The two make for an easy entrance into the tourist business. I wouldn't fly on one, but the younger tourist crowd seem to like them.

They look so cool. I'm 65 and would love to be on one.

An easy "entrance" for more than just "tourist business" , I would think.

But as for tourists, who in their right mind has them for rent to tourists?

They don't rent them to tourists.. The tourists pay the operators for rides winde.
