The last email I received from her was back in Nov 2021.
I'll shoot her an email this evening and find out what she's
been up to. I'd be surprised if her co-defendant was let out
given the amount of attention this case received from the
international media.

You never know what will happen with the court system here, and more so when it has to do with non natives.

I never met the guy but I remember having coffee with Geraldine one morning and her
telling me about him when they first starting dating.

He's still in the slammer - getting older and fatter and more psycho I'm sure. When he's released I doubt he'll return to the US where he is wanted for fraud - maybe back to Panama or some where else to work his scams
