Re: Gay/Bi info To-MR.Clay/Jim
(Almost finished this post when the light went out, trying to
recap it...)
It's not legal terms, legal terms cover things prohibited,
normally not things allowed. It is my interpretation of
what I read, seen and experienced. Just tried to formalize
it in reasonably non-dubious terms. In the U.S a "seller"
of sexual service can get arrestsed, trialled and sentenced,
since the selling is explicitly prohibited by law. The buyer
can occationally be prosecuted for "encouraging" crime.
In Sweden, it would be the other way around, the buying is
prohibited, while the selling is legal.
To the best of my knowledge, there is no legislation prohibiting
neither the selling, nor buying here, as long as all involved
parties are "of age". Mind you, I haven't read all DR legislation
on the subject, just done some reasonable research.
It has been, and still is a sad story about underage prostitutes,
but the general instruction (and legislation) is to act
"strongly" against buyers of this form.
About the 'bravo': Am I the only one who reacted against parents
who goes hay-wire about their kids watching "adult movies", but
cheerfully puts "terminator", "rambo" etc into their "baby
watching VCR's"? When does anyone suggest a "parental watch"
system for internet sites containing graphic and instructional
material on killing?
