How do you all go about getting your credit or debit cards here. I tried having it sent in a small package with some other mail and stuff. It was delivered by USPS to my blumbox in Miami and they say it never arrived. Is there a more reliable way? No flights yet direct to the north coast so mules are out.

The mail forwarders such as EPS (mentioned above) or CPS work well, never lost one yet...

I have used EPS over the years and am trying them again for the very same thing at the moment.
If only these forwarders would not change addresses periodically.

I use a friend's address as my billing address and he sends it to me through BM Cargo.
Interesting... I tried to ship one a while ago and BMCargo stopped it in Miami as they don't deal with cards... Were they aware of the contents? We use BMCargo for everything but here had to resort to EPS as BMCargo has or had CCs on their restricted list

with me ,my shipper blumbox claims they never received it. USPS shows it delivered to the correct address. I will wait a few days and see if it shows up. If it docent I will have to cancel the cards, reorder new ones and find another way to get them here. If that happens it will put a stop to my amazon shopping. Oh well!

The only time I need a new card shipped, the Canadian bank sent it to the DR bank in Bavaro via UPS. That was a few years ago when customer service was a real thing. I worked great but I don't think you could get either bank to do it now.

This was over a year ago. Maybe a new rule or maybe I got lucky(?). He sent it to me as a letter and it was between a couple folded sheets of paper.

Bank cards mailed in a normal size envelope using BMCargo are ok. Bank cards mailed in something else like a small packet/box/package will be denied & held back in FL. They won’t send it here (DR).
But most American banks send new debit/credit cards in normal size envelopes.

Yes, all packages/boxes are opened and inspected at BM Cargo's facility in Miami.

Dont stop shopping Amazon...about 3 years ago I had to replace my master card debit card...It was in a larger than normal envelope but nicely camouflaged...after a few days of waiting for UPS to deliver to my house in Santiago, I went to the airport to their office, waited in a line of unhappy people with the same problem gave them my ID and left with my card...I think following things is the key........

Open a trace request if you have a tracking number. Start the help request form. They will actually respond in one to two weeks.

For example
Our records indicate that this item was delivered as addressed on 06/11/2021 to the freight forwarder contracted by the recipient.

BM Cargo Receipt:
WR01-016730743

Once we deliver to them, our responsibility ends and the freight forwarder takes care of exporting the item to the foreign country where the intended recipient resides.

BM Cargo actually received the package after I submitted the trace request, (it was showing Delivered for a week), a few days after the submission they finally received the package and scanned its receipt in their warehouse.

This is what my forwarder says. USPS shows parcels as delivered as soon as they arrive at their center but it may actually be in transit for up to 7 more days. That how government run operations work.

AVISO IMPORTANTE

The reason why it's so important to send things with the signature receipt required.

USPS rarely asks for signature and that's what is causing there problems it appears
It has to be sent as signature required by the sender. It can also be sent as registered w/signature required.

Credit Card issuers need to be contacted by phone and request the service. Not all of them will do it.

You can also set up an account with USPS and log into it and request notifications on the package tracking but IIRC that just gets you a notification it was delivered but no signature.
