Good DR Travel Book

Today I bought a book entitled "Explore the Dominican Republic" by Harry Pariser. So far I have gained a good deal of very helpful information from it, particularly the "Practicalities" Chapter which seems to be answering many of my questions. In addition, the author includes very good descriptions of areas, hotels, restaurants, local food, eco tours and lots of dominican related web pages. Harry, I have to congratulate you on a very well written book, probably the best travel guide I have ever come across on the DR. Are you planning on up dating it every year? Are you looking for any contributors? If so I know a very good writer who has just spent considerable time in the DR way up North and saw that your book did not mention these towns. Once again excellent book!!!!! I have not seening the living in Santo Domingo Book by DR One but assume that it is just as good.
