I would like to say good to see you or nice to see you. What is the correct way to say this. Or how do they say this in Dominican Republic? I notice sometimes it can be a little different depending on where you are at. Thanks for the help. Kim

Gusto de verte would be my first choice.
You could also use 'es un placer verte' too.
Enjoy your meeting.

Placer is the word I usually hear. Don't recall ever hearing gusto used in this sense.

Would < Mucho gusto> only be used when you first meet someone?

Yes. Of course, you can always rephrase it and say " Me di? mucho gusto verlo/verla de nuevo". A pleasure seeing you again or Glad to see you again.
Although the example Norma Rosa gave is perfect.
