I honestly don't know how many they recently added. As an American, it was never an issue. Overstays were no big deal either.

I would go to anywhere in the north of Haiti or even the mountains if I was younger. Those areas are fine to visit. PaP is another story of course and thus so is Jacmel because you have to go to PaP to get there. I've seen pics of Jacmel and would have loved to have gone, but it will never happen.
