Halloween for kids

Hello, does anyone know if/when/where there is some kind of Halloween activity/party for children on the north coast? (Maybe I should specify north coast: so between Puerto Plata and Sosua)

We have lived North Coast for a year. My experience is that Halloween is completely ignored here. With Haiti right next door, there is no reason to further invite demonic activity into the DR.

Seahorse Ranch does a Halloween for kids. Kids come from everywhere to participate.
