I need help to fly to toronto from rep.dominicana. if you know of any travel agency. or where to buy online. direct flights

Air Canada has direct flights to Punta Cana, Puerto Plata and Samana.

Westjet has direct flights to Punta Cana.

I think also there is Air Transat and Sunwings.

If this is for a person traveling for the first time with a Canadian PR visa you can fly with Air Canada,double check with Westjet and air transat as well before buying a ticket.

for the first flight into toronto to land as a permanent resident your options are westjet, air canada or air transat.

you can book a 1 way ticket online at westjet.com or aircanada.ca

for air transat you would have to contact the air transat office in punta cana or puerto plata and see if there are any seats left on the plane for the date you want to fly.

westjet is likely the cheapest option and is easy to book online.
