Anyone know anything of these three hotels?

I need to book something "special" for 4 nights....prefer to have restaurant, bar and "nice" accomodations under $150US....must be guest friendly

I have been to the Hodelpa a little over a year ago. I thought it was a decent hotel. The lobby while small is laid out nice in art deco. The resturaunt was fine, we had a dinner and a breakfast there.. The view was useless as we could see down into their rediculously small parking lot and out to the street in front as well. The room wasnt overly huge, but clean. and had a refridge and a sitting area. I booked a room for my Gfs mother and then a room for me and my GF. and i think i paid less than $200 for everything..including my GFs mother wiping out her mini bar, which she thought was free with the room.. ha ha ha.....and that added about $30US to the room....because they gouge you for that stuff.
Of all the other times i have stayed in the capitol, I never used the other hotels mentioned. The Hodlepa is close to the end of the Conde and also close to a lot of the older buildings.

enjoy

PS for something "special" You can do much better some place else....I am sure...none of the places i have stayed would i lump in the "special" catergory...

For something "special" in the Colonial Zone try the Sofitel Nicolas de Ovando... you can often get rooms there in that price range. The same company also has the Sofitel Frances, also nice...

The Palacio is very nice, and guest friendly, and you can book the penthouse suite for under $150, but I wouldnt consider it "special"
