How accurate is this ?
I was just in Dajabon so I can tell you that it's not true there. However, Jimanji does have that reputation. Also, San Pedro is a serious baseball town.
Found it on social media and to be fair, it did say 'border' in general rather than Dajabon. Agree on SPM, hence that joke

No sir, I seriously don't know if OF is that prevalent with 'providers' in SD. I actually know of only one porn star from the DR but i don't know if she is on OF. I thought the capital was for headquarters for businesses, embassies and government offices.
I do think the traffic and noise parts were spot on and guess which DR1 member I thought of instantly

I'm far from experienced in Santiago, but the city seems cleaner than SD. However, I have seen some nasty traffic jams.
Indeed.
A lot more traffic here now compared to 10 years ago but I guess the same can be said for a lot places now.
