I was there the last week of February 2000 and the rooms are very nice. The resort itself is very nice but the beach is nothing special. I recommend Punta Cana for the beaches. I still had a great time though.
The rooms are excellent! I requested a beach front room and had a great view outside my balcony! Extremely clean! As for the beach - it was nice but not GREAT...I spent a few days on the beach, but the majority of my time was spent poolside (the pool is beautiful!).
