I've bought several items at this store in an attempt to furnish my apartment in Punta Cana. While the furniture keeps me coming back, the service here is horrific and yes worst that the average in DR. The women at the reception could care if you live or die and the sales people are not very knowledgeable. F

Absolutely correct. And make sure you get the price on the sticker from that lady before you pay. She tried to charge more once with me............

No way they would try that Lmao I'm surprised they didn't try to charge you double.

Here's my story I brought a nice mirror off the wall and they wanted to charge me for Delivery(1500) for a new one from SD to arrive at the store to replace the one I was buying and putting in my car.

True HQ Furniture but HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!
They deactivated the option to review them on Google years ago.

Over priced selection of average lighting products. Nothing more. I didn't buy so I can't comment on their service... or lack thereof.
