Any recommendations? I am looking at Playa Esmeralda.
It doesnt have to be fancy, but must have adequate AC due to the fact that I will be going in June.for 8 nights.

Apartments: Plaza Real around 38U$ a night for one bed. Has pool, AC cable TV. Hotels - I like Colonial Tropical - **** includes pool, restaurant etc, but you can choose package - all inclusive or not. Not on beach but opposite 5* Capella and you get to use their beach and facilities.

I was looking at both the Tropical and Capella. Sounds like the Tropical may be the answer for me. Thanks !
