No doubt they?ll be serving/ eating plenty of lobster these next few weeks during Semana Santa.
Anyone who thinks otherwise is a fool. :cheeky:

Oh yeah! What I wouldn't give for a couple of real lobsters, the ones with claws. Cooked right on the beach and served hot. Where I come from they are cheap, as low as $5 a pound and available all year around. The langouste (rock lobster as they say in Maine) is nice but you can't beat the meat in the claws. Does anyone import clawed lobsters into the DR or are they available at any restaurants in the POP-Cabarete corridor?

Oddly enough it's lobster night today at the hotel here. I'll be eating at least 3 or 4 tails. Every Tuesday.
