Hello Everyone

We are looking to buy a condo in Sosua. 1 to 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom. Does anyone have any suggestion as to where to and where not to buy.

Also looking for a good realtor.

Hi Roxie,
This is my personal choice.
Trade Winds, The Palms and El Neptuno.
I have purchased a couple in Trade Winds and am very pleased for two reasons.
Well administrated and increasing value.
Bear in mind that this is but my opinion, but I feel that those 3 are the 3 best administered condo projects in Sosua.
As for a realtor, the most honest well reputed man I know is Curt Ericson (spelling)

I agree with Rocky, the condos he listed are well run and have a good name.
Plus offer a good option as a rental investment.

Thanks so much for the info. I was so excited when I found this site, so that I could get info from people who are familliar and know the ins and out of the area. As I was a bit paranoid about buying property in a foreign country with only a realtors word to go by.
