What is going on ??? The administrator of the Dominican Republic is truly out to eliminate large bodies of Banks in NYC ! They have given away all the numbers before the outcome of the dominican lottery drawings on Wednesday's and Sundays. I cannot believe that we allow this type of illegal activity to take place. I am not for the NYC illegal lottery either but it should be a crime to do what this new administrator Aristoles Vidal is doing to the Dominican community in NYC as well as the crimes that he is committing by allowing his group of underground players to come out to NYC and embezzel all the american money they can illegally get their hands on.
I say we must make this public because it will soon cost lives if this crime doesn't cease. Let me know if you know anything of this illegal band that has been infesting the legal lottery of the Dominican Republic also don't be afraid to voice the consequences this will bring to NYC if the crime of illegal numbers stop being provided to a group of people out to hurt others.
