Malls and Hotels in SD

I want to know the updates on constructions/improvements:

Is the Blue Mall construction completed (The hotel and spa on the top) ?

I also heard rumors, there are new hotels being build near the bowling alley, if I stand corrected?

Is Galeira 360 finished and ready or still many empty stores?

Anyone knows more than others, please update them here so I can know what is happening in SD.

JW marriot will be the hotel in Blue Mall, and is almost done, the old Intercontinental is now Crown Plaza, and a new Intercontinental Hotel will be next to Acropolis Centerl, the Hotel in Silver Sun Gallery is also opening soon, dont know the name, Melia Santo Domingo is back to Sheraton Magna 360, and Jaragua is closing in april also to make remodelations.

about 360 not sure, Agora and Blue Mall opened.
