infousa@consultoriousdevisa.com (email)

Avenida Independencia No. 254, Sector Gazcue, Santo Domingo

Dr. Jordi Brossa, Dr. Angel R. Contreras, Dr. Alfonso Brossa and Dr. Angel B. Contreras

They claimed it cost $14,000RD per adult for Medical exam for US Embassy but I am not sure if its accurate or up to date. As said, I found a website:

Since I was told this is the most popular location where US embassy send people to do medical exam.

Anyone can assistant/help me to be aware since their website is no longer functionally which is sad.

Thanks

There are two clinics authorized by the US embassy to perform medical examinations.
The cost you put seems light considering it's about $300 for an adult exam plus any required vaccines which can be an additional $300
The clinics only accept cash.
Right but..... any neccesary vacines you can get wherever you like almost for free and just bring the "Carnet de vacuna" to your apointment. They must and will accept it because they can not force you to take the same shot(s) again.

That is true. You may bring a vaccine card but there are some required vaccines that are not readily available at the public hospitals.
I would err on side of caution and bring an extra $300 for vaccines. They will try to extract as much $$ as they can from you.
