I am Canadian but I have my dominican residency. How much are the tuitions fees for dominican resident and it is possible to complete the english program for a dominican resident.

Your question about fees are best handled by the Administrative offices. However, I believe that only Dominican NATIONALS are given a "break" on tuition and that is for the Spanish Program only.
If you are a foreign national with a Dominican residence permit you will pay the same as other foreign nationals...full fee and presently it is about $3,300.00 USD per semester.

There are several Dominican Nationals that are in the English program but they are fluent in English.
