Can anyone recommend a pharmacy in Punta Cana that is larger and well known to be reputable, i.e., they would have only legitimate medications that are not expired. I don't mind if the prices are a bit higher.

Most Reputable Pharmacies in Punta Cana
All the major pharmacies are reputable, the meds are good. There is Farmacia Carol, Farmacia GBC, and even one at the Central Medico Punta Cana. They all are good and there are many more. No matter where you buy, always check the expiration date on the box, no exception. You can Google the location of the nearest one to you.

I use this one the most. They have meds that the others are always out of. Carol is also very good. Two locations at S J Mall. But this one is open 24 hours 7 days a week and are knowledgeable :You can call to see if they have what you need. Located near Plaza Lama in Bavaro.

Thanks for all the tips. These are all quite far from the hotel I will be in on Uvero Alto. Any pharmacies around there reliable, or would the hotel be able to help with this?
There are more Farmacias per capita here than any business. Just ask at your hotel for one near you that they recommend. They even deliver........
