The El Portal neighbors nearby the JetSet Club whose roof collapsed on 8 April 2025 causing the death of 232+ most instantly, say for years they had been placing complaints about the operation of the club and were ignored by the authorities. The neighbors in a video tell of the noise and vibrations that impacted their lives.
