Never deal with this company. They overcharged me 2500 peso for the duty on my package delivery and then withdrew 1122 pesos more from my account than the invoice and payment receipt stated. After spending all day online with them they are not willing to correct their obvious fraud.
Stay clear of this company if you do not want to be stolen from

Yes there is. I have their billing showing duty at 450 peso and they charged me 2950 peso which their staff said was an error when i picked up the package. I was told that they would correct the error at head office. I have the billing including the error and the payment receipt showing 10,822.11 pesos and I have the withdrawal from my account in the amount of 11,943.84 pesos. They have subsequently refused to correct the duty overcharge or the amount taken from my account in excess of the billing and payment statement

Your problem is that you are using this forum to bitch. Had you checked the forum before using that company, you would have found complaints from other users.

I'm sorry to hear about your trouble, but as recommended by several people on this forum, I would suggest using only reputable companies. I recalled seeing a bad review of this courier earlier, and indeed there was already one from January this year. I have used BMCargo and Domex for years, and there have recently been long threads on this forum praising Domex.

Please also feel free to post any screenshots here of the invoice for checkup... That's what I did when discussing about domex
