The Caribbean beach villa

As previously mentioned, Nadal has an affinity for the ocean. His second home is a $2 million beach house in Playa Nueva Romana, a Caribbean dreamscape located in the Dominican Republic. The decorated tennis star acquired the two-story villa in 2012, around the time he broke records by winning his seventh French Open title and eleventh major title overall. Located in a large development complex, the vacation home has three bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a private pool, and access to a country club, beach club, tennis courts, golf course, and a private marina.

A few years ago he was part of the promotion for that development. It could had been in 2012. I remember seeing him a few years ago in an advertising interview of Playa Nueva Romana regarding precisely receiving the keys to his home in that place. The whole thing was a big event. That actually goes according to the book where any product or service that is associated or recommended by someone famous automatically gets a positive recognition from potential buyers and many buy when otherwise they wouldn’t. The only thing that hinder a strong response that otherwise would had Playa Nueva Romana was the existence of many other such gated communities up and down the Caribbean coast and then the opening of the modern highway to Punta Cana. All of them target the same Dominican group in addition to foreigners.

I was thinking exactly the same thing. Like he really can't afford to buy his own villa.
Nadal is great tennis player, but he throws around money like Man Hole Covers in Manhattan. He will play exhibitions for any decent amount. .............And look at the watch he wears when he plays. Cost 500,000 US. He got a free one there and a piece of the action.,..
