New Canadian Passport Numbers?

The format of the Canadian passport numbers has changed. Well the Dominican E-Ticket software does not like change. It willl not accept this . I mean it's not like many Canadians go to the DR so why would either government bother to give any direction on this. Anyway - does anyone no what to do to make the E-ticket work with a new Canadian passport number

I had no problem doing my eticket with my new Canadian Passport. I suggest you use a PC vs your phone, even older tablets don't display the drop down menus.

Why do you think E-ticket do not acept the new Canadian passport number? Dominican passport number has letters and numbers, so no problem with that

I heard only people that use android have problems with the eticket, looks like that the version for Iphones its better than the one for android.
