I received my copy in the mail the other day (thanks SO MUCH Aunties Pib and Chiri!!!), and really took a good look at it last night. It.is.fabulous. It is a MUST for anyone who wants to perfect the art of Dominican cuisine. Anyone involved with the Dominican culture should definitely look into buying a copy of this book, it is a treasure. I already have copies of the first edition for all three of my boys for when they are older, which I think will be a fabulous gift to them to help remember and preserve their heritage.

We will be visiiting in March. I think I will order the book to get some ideas of the Dominican cuisine. Can someone tell me what some of the recipes are for. I don't need the recipes, just to name a few items I will find?
