Anyone thinks this is an good idea?

If this is approved, I feel bad for families or friends will have hard time to get there once it's build for a visit. DR gov't is broke and they keep spend so much BS money. Why not build more prison in middle of the country, plenty land but built a bigger prison just like Supermax in Colorado. Problem solved.

Yea.
I posed the question last year.
Schools closed. Students don't return.
The word for this year is Ninis so...
how long until the prison boom?

Answer: Not long at all. Got to house this newly minted batch of young criminals somewhere.

The person who suggested this is an idiot.
Any idea what happens when a hurricane hits and floods a prison when it's already unstaffed for the event due to several scheduled employees opting to evacuate their families instead of showing up for work? Truly an experience to remember.
You let them all out or you let them all drown.
Perhaps this Muppet should speak with the folks up in Orleans Parrish, LA for a little advice about housing inmates in a flood zone.

I don't feel too bad for them either, although there is always hope for redemption. My issue is logistics. Are they going to build a power plant too? Who tf would want to work there?
probably underwater wires and plant…well you and me won’t that’s for sure

Old prisons have been going through a replacement of larger and modern prisons on a nationwide scale for quite a few years.

I can see if they want to build a prison on Beata for the most dangerous prisoners. It doesn’t make sense if its one for regular prisoners.

I've been researching and gave a though. Since a new island prison is not a good idea. Too much work and too much money. I though it would be a best to build a new bigger prison, more further away from any city but on a flat land near nowhere. I think this location would make sense:

#1, 2 and 3 is the 3 different separate prison. The first unit would serve the imamates with less serve sentences. The #2 unit will serve medium security imamates. The #3 unit will serve the supermax imamates with serve sentences. Each of them have their own solar panels, water plant, sewer plants and farm. The imamates will have to work and keep prison clean. Nothing is free anymore for them.

For #1 unit, I would use this layout:

For #2 unit, I would use this layout:

For the #3 unit, I would use this layout:

Hence, if this can be done, we can put all imamates in each cell, themselves no more sharing with other imamates.

Just sayin'
