I will be in the peninsula for new years eve and was wondering if anyone has recommendations for a fun night out or the best town to be in for the occasion...
There will probably be a big Presidente or Brugal party on the boardwalk in Samana. They usually put off fireworks right in the middle of town. They seem to barely make it over the building tops.
