November Weather

Hi

Would be grateful if someone could confirm to me what the weather should be like around 3rd-20th November. We are hoping to holiday in the Dominican Republic for our honeymoon, but have heard that it might be quite wet - ? Have seen a nice hotel in Sosua - is this in the north or south, as I believe the climate can be quite different between the two.

Sosua on north coast east of Puerto Plata. The PP airport is between Sosua and Puerto Plata.

There used to be a definite rainy season and dry season, but no more. Chances are you will have little if any trouble with the weather during November. Actually, you are coming after the active hurricane season has ended, so chances are quite good that you will have enjoyable weather.
