My family stayed at this hotel four years in a row, and watched it get progressively more tired than the previous year.
Our last trip in February was booked at the Flamenco again because we feel that it has the best beach in the Playa Dorado Complex. The Flamenco bumped out about 15 people scheduled to stay there and redirected us all to the Iberostar Costa Dorado. This was an excellent bump, and we are booked in again to the Iberostar this year, never to return to the Flamenco.
The Flamenco is a nice hotel but was excellent in it's prime. The beach is excellent and the staff is great also.

PS.. I met the man who wrote the review listed previously. We talked on the beach about everything that disliked about the hotel, he was NOT happy with his holiday. I got the impression that he was a "hard to please" kind of person.
