I read this article three times and I still don't know exactly what's happening. The headline says oil's use for electricity generation has dropped from 88% to 35% but the paragraph as the bottom as 66% and the percentages in the middle of non-oil sources doesn't add up to 35% .... so it looks like the use of coal and natural gas are significant. Just curious as to whether this is actually an environmentally better report or just drivel...
