Can certainly recommend Bagel's 'n More in Naco, it's close to the Body Shop but not easy to find if you don't know where to look

Don't know where you are, DVM, but Supermercado Tropical in Puerto Plata sells a loaf of glazed cinnamon bread (sometimes with nuts/raisins) that I think it is from Moser in Sos?a. That bread, sliced and dipped in egg beaten with milk makes fantastic french toast.

You need a griddle or a large frying pan, but it really works out well.
