Paso Rapido not able to login

After 6 months out of the country now unable to login to Paso Rapido. Personal computer set up with user and password for one command entry. Paso Rapido does not recognize user's credentials? There is at least one thousand Pesos in account balance. Unable to send email to them on their website. What to do?

This has happened to me.

I was using a bookmarked link. To workaround this, I googled paso rapido and went directly to the URL they gave. This worked and my browser, firefox, had all the login data. I didn't lose anything.

Same here. They changed the platform, and I had to re-enter all my vehicles. Fun.

Yes, and it does not work. The website for June 2024 had been changed. Somehow, guess because of the change this poster's automatic login was bastardize at PasoRapido's server. Unable to enter using historic user and password. Their website will not allow you to request a new password. They take your money, not allow you to audit your account.

PJT cannot use the old info. PJT has to open a new account and re-enter the vehicle information. It will then show the remaining balance.

switch to the app (paso rapido) on your mobile and re -register. Will work just fine ! Website is hardly supported anymore.
