does anyone have information on Flights to and from Phx/DR?

I've been looking to book a flight from Phx to Sto Dgo for Xmas and all flights are between 10 and 12.5 hrs with 2 layovers (stops). that's insane :tired: . Does anyone know of an airline or travel agent that can cut my time in half?

You can try Jetblue from PHX to JFK and then catch DL AA or any other to sdq.
