Anyone ever hear of the palstic surgeon named Dr. Hector Cabral? He is located in the capital on Avenida Bolivar. Please only words of encouragement!!! thanks!!

THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH DR. HECTOR CABRAL, A PHYSICIAN I DO NOT KNOW EITHER BY REPUTATION OR PERSONALLY.

I simply don't understand a post such as this.....

You mean to say that if I knew a surgeon that has killed 137 patients and you are getting ready to go see him....YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT!!
I guess what you are saying......you have made your selection....please agree with me or don't confuse me with the facts!

And in which city is he located? That street name is probably used in every major city in the country.

I'm sorry to confuse you!! What I meant was that all of my friends keep telling me not to do the surgery in Dominican Republic, Except for the ones who have had surgery done by him. He Did very nice work on all of them. I'm sorry if you misunderstood me. What did you mean by This is not the case with Dr. Hector Cabral?
Oh I'm sorry i didn't give the correct address. let me include it now, It doesn't say the city on the card all it says is Instituto Cirugia Especializada Av. Bolivar No. 208 Santo Domingo Rep. Dominicana Tel (809) 688-3155

I presume you are referring to my post.....

What did you mean by This is not the case with Dr. Hector Cabral?
It simply meant that what followed in my post did not apply to Dr Cabral in any way as I did not know the man either by reputation or professionally. I did not want to infer that I did.

Oh I'm sorry i didn't give the correct address. let me include it now, It doesn't say the city on the card all it says is Instituto Cirugia Especializada Av. Bolivar No. 208 Santo Domingo Rep. Dominicana Tel (809) 688-3155

The part where it says No. 208 Santo Domingo Rep. Dominicana
MEANS Building # 208 on Avenue Bolivar and the city is clearly spelled out....SANTO DOMINGO.
Rep. Dominicana is the Spanish spelling for Republica Dominicans = Dominican Republic.

Oh yes I was just giving the address to the other person who asked what city because when I asked about the Dr. Cabral from the CAPITAL she asked what city and Santo Domingo is the CAPITAL. I am familiar with what they meant by the number and street name but I thought maybe there was another city or something I was missing since the other person who posted asked what city. I thought she meant like. Ensanchez Quisqeya or Villa Carmen or something like that. But thanks alot for your help!!
