Playa Encuentro Surf Shacks

I'm trying to get some information on a specific surf shack on the beach down the road from Coconut Palms Resort. It's next to the restaurant, Club Mendy, and they have horses there and do rides on the beach.

Does anyone know what that's called? Or if there's any information about it on the web? Any information would be helpful.
